Barbara
Amstadter |
| An industry
and community recognized leader. With nearly 20 years
of professional experience. Barbara has been among the
company's top producers every year. She has earned international
acclaim as a Prudential "Legend" and been in
the "Top 100" out of 60,000 agents internationally
year in and year out. Barbara won the Chairman's Circle
Award 15 times, and was one of five winners that were
inducted as 15 Year Legend award winners in 2005. Only
10 agents internationally have ever received this honor. |

A former President of her Local Association
of Realtors, she has also served at the state level
of The California Association of Realtors for 16 years
as head of "Consumer Protection", a vice-chair
of “Land Use and Environmental”, Regional
representative in Common Area Subdivisions, and Taxation.
She has served on nearly all committees at the state
level. She was recently re-elected for an unprecedented
new term on the board of directors of the Newport Board
of Realtors.
Barbara owned her own successful real estate company in the 1980's which was purchased by Prudential. She holds a broker's license in California, a designation held by only 3% of all real estate agents nationally.
Barbara currently serves as the homeowner
association president in her community of 324 homes
and is court certified as a legal expert witness in
real estate trials, representing buyers, sellers and
brokerage firms.
Barbara is the mother of 4 sons and 3 daughters, 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.

Susi
Scholl |

Susi
began her career in real estate at 714 Realty aka The
Prudential 714 Realty in 1987. She helped with the development
of the company and oversaw the front office staff.

When the company was sold in 1989, Susi sold new homes for J.M. Peters. After the project was complete, Susi moved into property management for a period of three years. She did all aspects of property management, including the corporation’s accounting.
During that period of time, she was recruited by a local well-known
escrow company where for the next five years Susi worked
in the escrow business. In escrow she handled the myriad
of details involved in successfully closing sales transactions.
She was in charge of trust accounting and oversaw audits
from the Department of Corporations.
When a close friend opened a mortgage
company, she gained some lending experience under his
direction. Feeling her extensive background and acquired
skills would now provide her with the broad range of
technical and practical experience paramount to being
a high level professional on the sales side of real
estate, she rejoined her mother to form The Amstadter
Team. Recently she received the 15 Year Legend award,
bestowed upon only 10 agents to date in the Prudential
community of 60,000 agents, a definite high point in
her career.
Susi was an accomplished international gymnast and her years of sacrifice and training are evident in her high degree of self discipline. Her daughter is her pride and joy and she utiilizes her teaching degree to assist in the classroom frequently.

Barbara
Roppolo |
| Barbara has been
successfully marketing and selling residential property
in Orange County for 9 years. Prior
to joining Prudential California Realty in 1996, Barbara
spent 13 years with The Irvine Company, the largest landowner in the OC. .

| She began as General Manager of Fashion Island Shopping Center, and following 8 years at Fashion Island, became responsible for the leasing and management of The Irvine Company’s shopping center portfolio totaling 20 centers on the Irvine Ranch.
She holds a Brokers
license in Illinois as well as her license in California
and has received the designation of CPM (Certified Property
Manager), from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Barbara has been a speaker and a panelist for several
industry related national meetings, and is a recognized
community participant and asset in civic, cultural and charitable
organizations. She has been a past officer of Hoag Hospital
552 Club, Chamber of Commerce, Irvine Senior Foundation,
UCI Women’s Opportunity Center, Casa Teresa and
the annual Gentlemen’s Haberdashery. She has helped raise thousands of dollars for charity. Barbara has a reputation not only for getting the job done, but always exceeding expectations.
Barbara enjoys applying her many years
of corporate business experience to the residential
real estate transactions she negotiates and finds helping
clients enjoy the benefits of home ownership very rewarding.

Cindy Hanson |
Cindy was born in Taiwan and raised in Taiwan, New York and California. After graduating from The Juilliard School Pre-College Division, Cindy attended Manhattan School of Music for her undergraduate studies and then went to U.S.C. for postgraduate training where she received her master degree in Music Education.

Her love of music and her God giving talent has made it possible for her to teach piano to many young aspiring musicians.
Cindy became fascinated with the field of real estate and decided it was the perfect career to allow her the freedom to nurture future musicians and have a rewarding career at the same time.
She is a welcomed addition to the Amstadter Team. Her ability to speak Mandarin plus her understanding of the cultural nuances of mandarin speaking people provides an important missing link to our team.
We are excited to be able now to provide service to a large population we could not previously serve.
