HISTORY: |
Built in 1971 by Lusk Homes, Spyglass Ridge comprises about
41 homes primarily situated on five very lush and private
cul-de- sacs. The community was originally named Harbor View
Hills III because its models were similar to those in Harbor
View Hills. Shortly thereafter, it was renamed Spyglass Ridge
because of its proximity to Spyglass Hill. Nestled atop San
