SPYGLASS RIDGE

BOUNDARIES:

Located in Corona del Mar, it is bordered by San Joaquin Hills Road to the north, Newport Coast Drive to the east and Macarthur Boulevard and Jamboree Road to the west. Its proximity to Newport Coast Drive allows for easy access to Laguna Beach and Irvine.

   

HISTORY:

Built in 1971 by Lusk Homes, Spyglass Ridge comprises about 41 homes primarily situated on five very lush and private cul-de- sacs. The community was originally named Harbor View Hills III because its models were similar to those in Harbor View Hills. Shortly thereafter, it was renamed Spyglass Ridge because of its proximity to Spyglass Hill. Nestled atop San Joaquin Hills and Buck Gully, this beautiful gated community has spectacular views of the ocean, harbor and canyon and city lights.

   

STYLE:

Spyglass Ridge has six models. Many of the homes have been totally customized contributing to the beauty and uniqueness of the community.
