BOUNDARIES:

Sea Island is located off Jamboree Road, north of Pacific
Coast Highway and directly across the street from the Hyatt
Newport Resort.

There are 132 condominium units in the community.

There are approximately 50 self contained attached townhomes and 82 stacked single level condominiums.

AGE:

The first 50 units were built in 1982, with the remainder built in 1986.
