Old Corona del Mar includes all the “Flower
Streets alphabetically from Avocado to Poppy and Hazel, and
from 5th Avenue near the Oasis Center to the Pacific Ocean.
While Corona del Mar has its own Zip Code, it is actually
part of the city of Newport Beach.

STYLE: |
Dominant zoning is R-2, although there are several areas,
R-1 which provide an eclectic mix of original cottages-over
50 years old - to brand new duplexes, condominiums and single
family residences.
Meanwhile, 43 families share the seclusion of China Cove
and Breakers Drive - the only homes on the sand in Corona
del Mar.
