| BOUNDARIES:

Linda Isle is a 500-foot-wide lagoon, created
as a U-shaped turning basin with a total of 6,300 square feet
of water frontage.The island can only be reached from the
waterfront and/or Bayside Drive on the landside south of Pacific
Coast Highway.

There are a total of 107 lots on the island consisting
of 106 homes as one of the homes sits on two lots.

BUILDER: |
The island was owned by The Irvine Company before it became
an island. Until 1949, it was called Shark Island because
of the many shark sightings around it shores. The 20-acre
parcel remained vacant unit the 1960's when The Irvine Company
began its five-year development campaign to build out the
island. All homes built were custom. |
