| BOUNDARIES:

Lido Peninsula is a strip of land connected
to the Balboa Peninsula by Lido Park Drive. It is surrounded
by water on two sides - the south Lido channel on one side
and the Rhine channel on the other. The peninsula can be reached
by going south on Newport Blvd. to Via Lido to Lafayette then
on to Lido Park Drive.

There are no single family homes on the Lido Peninsula.
There are two high-rise condominiums that have beautiful bay
and ocean views: the “601” building with 10 stories
and 50 units, and the Vista Del Lido at 611 Lido Park Drive
with eight stories and 40 units. In addition, there are the
“621” and “633” condominiums with
a total of 20 properties, also with bayfront views. The Moana
Cooperative and the Lido Mobile Home Park are also located
there.

Most of the Lido Peninsula was owned by the Curci-Turner
Co., and the condominium sites developed by individual companies. |
