BOUNDARIES:

Jasmine Creek is bordered by San Joaquin Hills Road, Marguerite, Harbor View Drive and Crown Drive. It is an easy walk to local beaches.

There are 324 attached homes with 6 models. Models 1,2 and 3 are single story homes. Plan 4 is the largest plan. Plan 5 and 6 are split level and some have ocean views.

   

BUILDERS:

M.J. Brock was the builder of this project and the architectural design was by Richardson-Nagy-Martin AIA.
