Roughly in the shape of a triangle, Harbor View Homes is bordered to the north by Ford Road, to the east by San Miguel Road and to the west by McArthur Boulevard.

There are six models of homes, ranging in size from the smallest to the largest: Monaco, Carmel, and Montego are all one level houses; the Palermo, Portofino and Somerset are all two levels.

AGE:

Harbor View Homes was built between 1968 and 1972. The houses were built in three phases - I, II and III with Phase 3 homes the most recently built.
