BOUNDARIES:

Terraced homes east of MacArthur Blvd., and south of San Joaquin Hills. Entrance off Crown Drive in Corona del Mar.

HOMES:

Broadmoor I consists of 69 properties and Broadmoor II has 51 properties, all of which are single family homes.

BUILDER:

Broadmoor was built by Dick Smith starting in 1967, and it was designed by Ed Lohrbach. The Broadmoor development won many awards for design and construction.

STYLE:

The Broadmoor homes offer six different floor plans ranging from single story to tri-level plans, three to five bedrooms. These homes were terraced in order to emphasize the ocean, bay and city light views, which many of the homeowners enjoy. A number of these homes have now been expanded and customized.

FEATURES:

Broadmoor I and II are separated by a lush greenbelt which is available to the residents of Broadmoor II. Both communities have a neighborhood pool for home owners and their guests. Broadmoor I also has a lovely park.

SHOPPING:

Close to many shops of Corona del Mar and Fashion Island, Balboa Island, and the Peninsula.
