FEATURES:

Along with a viewing park on Kings Road, Cliff Haven prides itself on being a close-knit community. Many of the homeowners have lived there for decades. The neighborhood is safe and excellent for children, with three schools within walking distance. Interestingly, there are no street lights in the neighborhood.

SCHOOLS:

Newport Heights Elementary, Ensign Junior High and Newport Harbor High School.

SHOPPING:

Plenty of options for restaurants and stores exist north or south on Pacific Coast Highway along Newport Boulevard or 17th Street, or a short drive to Fashion Island.
