BOUNDARIES:

Brookview is bounded by Bristol to the west, Paularino to the south , Ludington to the east and to the North is the San Diego freeway.

BUILDER:

There are approximately 211 condominiums in the neighborhood.

AGE:

The first phase was built in 1974 and the second in 1976.

FEATURES:

SCHOOLS:
