All residential homes west of Eastbluff Drive, north of
Mar Vista and south of Back Bay Drive. Bordered by the
Upper Newport Back Bay.

The style is southwest and early California style, tile
rooms with some shake. Homes front bay view lots and
spacious greenbelts.

AGE:

The original Bluffs was built in 1965, while North Bluffs was constructed in 1972.

FEATURES:
