BOUNDARIES:

Big Canyon Villas is located just north of Fashion Island and cradles the north east corner of Big Canyon Golf Course.

HOMES:

There are 78, two-level homes within the community. Four different floorplans feature two and three bedrooms, fireplaces, indoor laundry facilities, eat-in kitchen, and two car garages. The largest floorplan offers a bedroom with connecting bath on the lower level.

BUILDERS:

Big Canyon was developed by the Irvine Company.

FEATURES:
