Belcourt contains four main architectural design styles:
The Terrace, The Townie, The Manor and The Gallery collections,
plus a custom-lot program.
The Terrace Collection: buyers can select from four distinctive
floor plans. The Terrace combines features such as marble-faced
fireplaces, spacious step-down family rooms with wet bars
and luxurious bathrooms.
The Towne Collection: consists of attached, two story houses
similar in architectural style to the townhouses of San Francisco,
Boston and New York. There are 5 plans. Buyers can select
from two to four bedroom plans, which include two-and-a-half
to four-and-a-half bath designs. Each has the privacy of a
large, enclosed patio.
The Manor and Gallery collections: The Manor has five floor
plans with the option of the Custom Collection lot placement.
Buyers can choose from three, four or five bedroom homes and
from three-and a-half to four-and-a-half bath designs.
The Gallery Collection has 6 custom plans from about 3,500
to more than 5,220, square feet, which have the option of
being placed on 10,000 square fool lot minimums. These lot
minimums range up to more than one-half acre parcels which
can accommodate tennis estates. Buyers can choose from four
to five bedroom options and from three-and-a-half to five-and-a-half
bath designs.
